FLICKr is a grat tool for sharing pics and finding pics that you made need. Not only can you add picks, but you can add "tags" to those pictures so you may search and group them according to their similarities. If I needed to find just pics of Benjamin, I can search for his pics b/c of tags. In a classroom setting, I can search all members for picks that relate to what we are studying. A picture is worth a 1000 words. Therefore FLICKr can really help in the classroom with our visual learners.
