Creating a BLOG has been quiet an experience for me. I have been able to learn by sear force, however I have learned. Many, many of the prior "THINGS" that you have seen are things that I would have never explored and would not have done without this assignment. However, I am VERY thankful to have had this opportunity to learn. Some of my favorite discoveries have been the MashUps and the NetVibes. I love the music I am finding on MashUps and love the idea of organizing my favorite sites on NetVibes.
Through this assignment, it has kept me grounded to my desire of being a life long learner by seeing a goal through to fruition. By surrounding myself with amazing people, like the ones in this class and being an independent learner (solving my problems all by myself).
Working on this BLOG has equiped me with so many tools, each and every page of THINGS is a useful tool that can be applied to the teaching world as well as with any situation that requires communication.
Using a blog was unfamiliar ground for me, upon presentation, I FREAKED out! It came fast and furious, which caused confusion and panic to me. I trust that the program itself is solid, I learned about many different forms of 21 century communication tools. If I were to change anything, it would be the initial introduction of the materials and I would pace the delivery of each THING.
