I love this American singer-songwriter/scientist who talent and concern for the environment was decades before it's time. Tom Lehrer was born in 1928 and went on to explore many different avenues in life, however he is best known for the pithy, humorous songs he recorded in the 1950s and 1960s.

YouTube has truly changed my teaching over the past several years. It is crazy easy to use and has such a wide variety of topics and material. I have been able to take kids to locations, hear interviews, see entertaining presentations and listen to great music thanks to YouTube! And now that I know how to publish videos, I love it even more :)
